INITIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT

PURPOSE
______________________________________________

This form was initally developed in Spring 2016 to support the development
of Annex J to the BC Earthquake Immediate Reponse Plan and support the conduct
of Exercise Coastal Response 2016.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
______________________________________________

Unzip the files into your Global - Templates folder.
There will be three plus this help file. Move this help file out of the 
Template folder, as it can not be viewed from the Template menu.

To use, select the IIAR_Input text file from the Select Template pull down menu,
located under Message-New message pane. You can also assign this as a favorite template.
Read the instructions for templates and HTML in the RMS Express help files.

Fill in the form and when done click the Submit button on forms bottom left.
Close the open page in your browser. Now address and post the message for sending.

To view or print, just click on the File Icon to the left of the message line,
while it is in the outbox. You can always click on this file icon anytime to view.
Determine which printing works best for you, landscape or portrait.
If an inbound IIAR does not pop up, just click on the message in the in-box.
The file name will be the forms Incident Name.

As you enter data into the Initial form, if it goes out of the box, just highlight and use
the < key on the numeric pad to scroll back. The reason is the fields are preset for limits.
Depending on caps vs numbers and spaces, it may move out of sight to the left.
Do not worry, on the Viewer form, what the other end gets, will be correctly displayed.

Third party addon for Chrome and Firefox called Lazarus, will allow you to fill this form in 
over time during an event, or modify for re-sending, suggest adding it and learn how it works.

Your browsers viewing size can affect what you see in the fields, such as text out of the
box, etc, find the correct size for your browser. All browsers are not created equal.
